With over 20 years of real estate experience, Stephanie Bowen brings a wealth of knowledge, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. A Howard County, Maryland native, Stephanie began her real estate career in 2006 and has developed an extensive understanding of the Maryland market and the communities she serves.

Prior to entering real estate, Stephanie served as a law enforcement officer, an experience that shaped the way she approaches her work today. Her ability to problem-solve, remain composed in challenging situations, communicate effectively, and advocate for others has translated naturally into helping clients navigate the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction.

Working alongside Anthony Friedman, Stephanie plays an integral role in the Anthony Friedman Team. Her extensive industry experience, attention to detail, and behind-the-scenes knowledge of each transaction allow her to anticipate issues, keep clients informed, and ensure every detail is handled from contract through settlement.

For Stephanie, real estate is ultimately about people. She values the relationships built along the way and believes clients deserve honest communication, thoughtful guidance, and a team genuinely invested in helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and son on their small farm, where family life, animals, and plenty of time outdoors keep them busy.
